The objective of this bill is to systematically address and implement measures to maintain, encourage and restore the Nations’ top priorities. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic; the stay-at-home order that was enacted and enforced by the government, empowered police to not only harass, but deliver fines to American citizens for simply conducting their normal day-to-day activities for maintaining their mental and physical well-being.

By establishing an updated structure for regulation while simultaneously maintaining individual freedoms during extenuating circumstances, Arizona along with other states will be better positioned to reorganize and develop constructive ideas that will ensure long-term statewide success.
